Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat fee. In most cases, an initial retainer is necessary before we can commence representation. We keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your case. Time for work spent on your case is reported in tenths of an hour if your case is billed under our hourly rate. We also offer special pricing for active duty military members and retired veterans.
