Founder/Attorney
Vasiliki P. Filippakos
Vasiliki was born and raised in Greece. She moved to Danbury, Connecticut with her family in 1995. She is the founder of Filippakos Law LLC, a lifelong dream of hers. Vasiliki has worked as a Temporary Assistant Clerk at the Danbury Superior Court, where her love for family law began. She has worked as an Associate Attorney at Bello and Bello in Wareham, Massachusetts where she represented clients in divorce, family and criminal matters as well as collections. She has worked as an E-Discovery Associate in Washington, D.C. where she assisted in the review and analysis of electronically stored information for major litigations and mergers and acquisitions. Her most recent position was as an Associate Attorney at Costello Law Office in Coos Bay, Oregon where she represented clients in divorce and family law matters as well as estate planning.
Vasiliki loves a dynamic and challenging legal environment. Her clear focus and work ethic make her stand out from the crowd. Her passion for this work makes her an intense advocate for her clients. Vasiliki is an avid fitness enthusiast who loves bodybuilding, traveling, reading and superhero movies.

Operations MANAGER
Casey Philips
Born and raised in Bakersfield CA, CWO Phillips enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard at the age of 17 in 1996. After 23 years of faithful service, he retired from the USCG to make Connecticut his new home and to continue pursuing a life of helping others in their time of need. His past duty assignments have provided significant project management and administrative experience that have proven integral to the operations of Filippakos Law. His time in service also granted him the luxury and opportunity to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people and to help others deal with many of life’s challenges, both personal and professional.
As the operations manager of Filippakos Law LLC, Casey ensures the smooth running of the office, holding responsibility for office operations and procedures. He is an energetic professional who thrives in the day to day changes a law practice can bring.
Casey is an avid fitness enthusiast whose interests also include, cooking, traveling, classic cars and motorcycles.
